• HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you placed, contract us through our website in the "contact" section. You will then complete the contact form with the subject as "Order Cancellation" followed by your order number (e.g: Order #1231). 

This can ONLY be done 24 hours after your order is placed.

• WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Since SBCosmeticsss is only ran by ONE person, we only ship out on TUESDAYS! Place your orders on Monday's before 9PM to get NEXT DAY SHIPPING. Packages are shipped through USPS First Class & takes about 3-5 business days to ship anywhere in the United States.

Due to COVID-19, all sales are final!

IF product(s) is damaged when received, please contact us through our website "contact" section NO LATER THAN 2 BUSINESS DAYS after you have received the product.

• WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE USED TO MAKE OUR LIP GLOSS?

We are a HOME BASED, VEGAN & CRUELTY FREE BUSINESS!

Our main (not all) lip gloss ingredients are: Coconut oil, E-oil, Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Versagel, Mica Powder Pigment + many essential oils!
